A Wonderful Family Getaway Despite Minor Hiccups

the bed was extremly comfy and the room was lovely. we had a delicious buffet style breakfast each day. An amazin indian picky/mix on our first night, then a great steak at the restaurant on the 2nd night. staff were super friendly and helpful, really made our stay special.
one downside was the noise from other guests in the hallways late at night. also, we could hear some noise from outside our room, which was a bit annoying.

Perfect for NEC trips
I stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed it! The location feels like countryside bliss but is just a quick drive to the NEC—so convenient. The room was comfy, but I could've used a few more pillows. the shower setup wasn’t ideal. The in-room breakfast hit the spot, though!

The Triple Family Room offered ample space and comfort for our group during a three-night stay. Housekeeping showed excellent attention by respecting our do not disturb sign but still left fresh towels at the door. The proximity to the NEC made it an ideal choice for us, though the breakfast area was busy and required a wait for a table. a solid stay with friendly staff and decent facilities.

The stay was primarily for attending a family wedding, and I appreciated that we were given a quiet room despite the hotel being busy with events. Breakfast was a standout, offering a delicious buffet that set us up for the day. the experience was slightly marred by some connectivity issues and a lack of hot water on the last day.
